Morning Strength Exercises
In the book “the mighty Atom” by Ed Spielman, it tells of how the
young boy who would become one of the strongest men alive, started his
training, which he continued the rest of his life. He actually ran
away from home to join the circus and was tutored by a circus
strongman.
Each morning out in the cold fresh air, he would breathe deeply using
abdominal breathing, the stomach goes out on the inhale. As he lifted
a moderately light weight he would inhale. Inhale on the upward motion
and exhale as he lowered the weight. This breathing is VERY important,
abdominal breathing you take in a additional 1/3 more air, and morning
air is super charged ionized air. It is full of energy, you are
actually packing your body with dynamic energy.
With these light weights in high repetitions you can actually push
your muscles farther that a few reps of heavier weights. Do as many as
you can, rest shake out your arms, flex your muscles, get your heart
rate back to a normal rate. Then do as many as your can, then do one
more, then just one more, push yourself. Then rest, do the normal,
rest, shake out your arms, flex your muscles. Do as many sets as you
have time for.
The one additional benefit is see is you may not be in the mood to
lift heavy weights every day. But if you know they will be light
weights you can do them any day, whether your feeling great or not.
Knowing it just some light weights, no big thing. The importance is a
daily workout. Let your body know you need more strength, and your
will be strong.

Fountain of Youth, Rock Hard Muscles
Rock Hard Muscles Secret Training Tip - COLD BATH
What if your hands were hard as rock? Along with grip training you can also strengthen your hands with just very cold water.
This may seem like a hard thing to do. Plunge your self in cold water or turn the shower to as cold as you can. It can be slowly learned, wihle in a hot shower, then just put your arms in the spray of cold water. And gradually each day add a different body part.
It’s exhilarating and the health-giving effects really justify the effort. The longer I live, and the greater my experience, the more am I convinced of cold waters virtues.
Cold bathing is one of the most valuable strongman strength secrets. Pouring cold water over hot muscles, ether from exercise or a hot bath stimulates the muscles. The cold water creates a strong contraction of the muscles; this strengthens and tones the muscles. It creates a strong muscle nerve force or electrical reaction. With out a strong electrical reaction your arms are just a large piece of meat. You need vitality and electrical energy, exhilarating and health-giving life force.
The use of hydrotherapy was used by the strongmen in the 1890's. A added benefit is youthful skin, after a treatment your face will feel great, with time it will get rid of wrinkles and face lines.
Make sure you protect your eyes from the temperature changes!
It’s the fountain of youth, it increases blood flow to the skin in a natural way!

Seven Years in Tibet
Strongman Secrets Revealed
As a youth I was weak, clumsy and slender like Eugen Sandow, I aspired to be stronger, in my teen years I weight lifted every day. By the time I was a senior in high school, I had quite a build, swimming a mile a day, weight lifting after school in the gym. I felt great, my coordination became much improved. I was inspired by adventure books I read, two to three books simultaneously.
I became fascinated with eastern writings, anything Chinese or Japanese. This lead to a research in Chinese energy systems, meditation, chi energy and healing exercises.
For seven years I studied Tibet and Chinese energy exercises.
I realized my legs and arms really got a work out, and became incredibly strong. I was not doing the exercise for strength, but to gain immense electrical energy, the magnetic fields would at times press so hard it felt like my bones would break. I found a meditation that would actually increase bone density, the same effect weightlifting does!
I wrote two books on the subject - “Internal Energy Training System” and “Authentic Sun Gazing”.
Surprisingly this led to the study of the strongmen of the 1880’s to 1920’s. The strongmen were able to do things that was physically impossible. In a era with out TV people would pay to see amazing feats of strength that shocked the public.
When I saw what the strongmen did, it all clicked in place! I understood what they were doing, by the types of exercises, their meditation and they talked about gathering energy and storing it!
Samples of strongman stunts:
Crushing grip strength
Tear a Telephone Book in Halves
Tear a Deck of Cards in Halves
Lifting tremendous weights
One arm dumbbell lifts, 350 pounds +
Heavy barbell over head press
Drive a Spike Through a Board or Sheet of Metal
Lift a Man Overhead with One Hand
Smash a Rock with the Blow of a Fist
Lift More with One Finger than Others with Two Hands
Bend a Heavy Steel Spike with the Hands
Bending steel, called scroll work
Bending horse shoes
Breaking chains around their chest or biceps
Lifting or carrying a horse
Undefeated in wrestling matches
Bite through chains
I was intrigued, I wished I could learn to do this? Do you? Stay tuned.
